Return or exchange any product (excluding personalised items) for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returned/exchanged items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customer pays return delivery.

Faulty items or items damaged in the post will be replaced or refunded.

Please contact us first to discuss a return, either via email or our website contact form. Lost parcels are rare, but we would replace or refund your order.

All of our items are posted first class, tracked and signed for. Postage and packaging costs are added when you reach checkout.
