Return or exchange any product (excluding personalised items) for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returned/exchanged items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customer pays return delivery.
Faulty items or items damaged in the post will be replaced or refunded.
Please contact us first to discuss a return, either via email or our website contact form. Lost parcels are rare, but we would replace or refund your order.
If you have changed your mind please inform us of your decision to return within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we have received the item/items back in original condition and packaging we will issue you a refund. After 10 days we will only offer an exchange. Return shipping and re-shipping costs are payable by the customer. Please get in touch prior to returning the item via the website contact page or email address. This EXCLUDES bespoke orders.
If your order is damaged/ incorrect/ faulty then we ask that you report damage within 7 days of receiving your order and kindly provide us with photos of the product. If your order was damaged during transit please also include photos of the damage to the packaging. We will then replace/refund your order. If we ask you to return the item, please send via standard rate shipping, obtaining a proof of shipping & receipt for your records (return shipping will be refunded to you). Do not return an item without agreement from us.
