Return or exchange any product (excluding personalised items) for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returned/exchanged items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customer pays return delivery.

Faulty items or items damaged in the post will be replaced or refunded.

Please contact me first to discuss a return, either via email or the website contact form. Lost parcels are rare, but I would replace or refund your order.

All items are posted with Royal Mail, First Class and signed for. Shipping costs will be added at the checkout. 

This Giclee Print is presented to you cello-wrapped for protection and includes a white card mount frame- ready for you to pop into a solid frame of your choosing.
Please position your artwork away from direct sunlight and above radiators. Please hang all artworks securely away from damp and out of reach of children.
